TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

The terms and conditions set out below constitute an agreement between Timeless Touch Events LTD (“the Company”) and the client (“the Client”). All transactions and business conducted between the Company and the Client shall be governed by, and subject to, the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

1.1. “Company” refers to Timeless Touch, trading as Timeless Touch Events LTD.
1.2. “Goods and Services” refer to any items and/or transactions that are the subject of any contract between the Client and the Company, irrespective of ownership.
1.3. “Contract” means any written or verbal agreement between the Client and the Company under which the Company agrees to provide such Goods and/or Services.

2. Service Provision

2.1. All Goods provided by the Company remain the property of the Company at all times.
2.2. The supply and provision of Goods and Services will commence at the time and venue agreed with the Client. The Company accepts no liability for damage or issues arising outside the scope of this agreement.
2.3. Throughout the duration of the event, the Client is responsible for the safekeeping of all Goods provided by the Company.
2.4. In the event of loss or irreparable damage to any Goods provided at the event premises, the Client shall be liable for the full replacement cost of those Goods.
2.5. The Company will make every effort to deliver all contracted Goods and Services as agreed and to collect any items after the event, provided that the Client grants suitable access for such collection.
2.6. The Company reserves the right to offer alternative service options, subject to the Client’s consent and the availability of Goods or Services.

3. Payment Terms and Cancellations

3.1. Acceptance of a quotation constitutes an agreement for the provision of Goods and Services and is therefore subject to the following payment and cancellation terms:

  • For all bookings totalling £100.00 or less, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

  • For bookings exceeding £100.00, a 60% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the remaining 40% payable no later than five (5) days before the agreed delivery date.

  • Cancellations must be made no later than ten (10) days prior to the event date. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total contract value.

  • If the Client cancels within ten (10) days prior to the event, all payments made will be non-refundable.
