Can you handle last-minute bookings?

We recommend booking your party planner at least 8-12 weeks in advance for optimal availability and planning time. However, we can accommodate rush bookings for events within 4-6 weeks depending on our current schedule. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you'll have with venue selection, vendor availability, and design options.

Do you offer custom party packages?

We offer fully custom party packages tailored to your vision, budget, and guest count. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we handle everything from theme development and décor to catering coordination and entertainment. We work closely with you to understand your preferences and bring your dream event to life.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is transparent and based on your event size, date, location, and services required. We provide detailed quotes that break down all costs including planning fees, vendor coordination, and décor. We work with various budgets and can create beautiful events at different price points. A consultation with our team will help determine the best package for your needs.

Do you work with trusted vendors?

We have established relationships with trusted vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, musicians, and venue managers. We coordinate all vendor communications, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution. Our vendor network is carefully curated to guarantee quality and reliability for your special day.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy depends on the timing of your cancellation. For all bookings of £100.00 or less, full payment is required at the time of confirmation. For bookings over £100.00, a 60% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 40% due no later than five (5) days before the agreed delivery date.

Cancellations must be made at least ten (10) days before the event date. If a cancellation is made after this time, a 50% cancellation fee of the total contract value will apply. Cancellations made within ten (10) days of the event are non-refundable.
